Submit a Ticket

Clients of NEPA Business Technologies may submit, update, or review tickets within the helpdesk.nepabiztech.com dashboard.

If you do not have an account, you can either create an account from the top menu or submit a ticket without creating an account by scrolling to the bottom of the main page and clicking Submit a ticket.
If you create an account or sign in with an existing account, you are able to review existing ticket statuses, add comments, or view Knowledge Base articles which have been created and shared with your companies team.

You may also submit tickets via email to helpdesk@nepabiztech.com, or reply to an existing ticket with additional comments. Ticket creation and closure notifications are sent from helpdesk@nepabiztech.com.
